Oil manufacturing process

In order to obtain the best selection of extra virgin olive oil, we implement accurate quality methods as well as the highest technology, resulting in a supreme and perfectly cared product.
We extract our extra virgin olive oil by cold grinding, maximum 30ºC, immediately after olives’ harvest in order to prevent fruits from losing any of the smells they have in their natural state.
This way, we obtain perfectly balanced oil with good body, fruitful flavour and green colour with golden gleam, which only the best extra virgin olive oil has.
