Our olives treesOur extra virgin olive oil is extracted from two different varieties of olive trees: arbequina and picual.
Arbequina-variety trees have very high-production and good oil yield. It provides the oil with more spicy and bitter characteristics in the beginning of the season, and softer and almond-flavoured at its optimum ripen stage.
Picual-variety are high-yield olive trees. It is the most important variety in the world. The resulting oil has great body and humid-wood shades.
We manufacture our limited-selection oil by using only these two varieties and just olives from our own crops, as well as by carrying out an accurate control of the plants and caring its manufacturing process to maximum.
